Conference Fees
Global fee: 150 Euro
Students and participants presenting a poster: 75 Euro
Day Pass for students (special offer): 20 Euro
These fees include events as announced, excursion, documentation, refreshments during breaks, and conference proceedings).

Meals and hotel: costs depending on individual requirements (see registration card).

Hotel Reservations
Please indicate the required number of nights on your registration card. Congress Service Alpbach will confirm directly.
Please pay your hotel bill directly at hotel.

Number of Participants
The maximum number of participants is 250. Date of registration and the duration of your participation will be taken into account.

Deadline for Registration and Payment of Fees
September 1, 2002

Cancellations after September 1, 2002
Participation Fee: no refund
Hotel: 2 nights will be charged in the event of cancellation after August 15.

Late registration (after September 1, 2002)
Late registration is possible, excluding hotel reservation.

Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretations into German, Italian, French, Slovenian and English will be available at plenary events. However, there will be no simultaneous interpretation in the workshops.

Poster
Please indicate the session required and title of poster on the registration card. One billboard (90x200 cm) is available per presentation. An abstract in English is recommended.

Excursions
The number of participants per excursion is restricted to 25. On the registration card, please indicate three destinations, ranked by interest.
We recommend trekking boots and suitable outdoor clothing for these excursions.

Venue
Congress Centrum Alpbach (Tirol, Austria). Alpbach is situated 57 km from Innsbruck, at an altitude of 1000 m a.s.l. A map will be sent to you upon request after receipt of your registration. Further information is also available at www.alpbach.at or www.congressalpbach.com.

Innsbruck/Salzburg – Brixlegg; change to local bus.

Autobahn A12 (München-Innsbruck): Exit Brixlegg/Kramsach, at Brixlegg road turns off into Alpbachtal.
